The Netflix Nollywood thriller, Blood Sisters, is set to return to our screens with a second season. The limited series, produced by Mo Abudu, featured a lineup of some of Nollywood’s finest, including Ini Dima-Okojie, Nancy Isime, Kate Henshaw, and Deyemi Okanlawon, who played Sarah, Kemi, and Kola Ademola, respectively.

According to a post by Netflix Nigeria and the released cast lineup, Blood Sisters Season 2 is set to premiere on June 5, 2026. It also looks like the sisters are in even more trouble this season, as they posed for pictures in prison uniforms, hinting at another intense and dramatic storyline.

What Happened in “Blood Sisters” Season 1?

During their lavish engagement party, Sarah (played by Ini Dima-Okojie) and Kola’s (played by Deyemi Okanlawon) relationship hangs in the balance. Later, Sarah and Kemi (played by Nancy Isime) face a precarious situation after Kemi kills Kola when she sees him abusing her sister. Although it was in self-defense, the sisters dug a hole for themselves by deciding to decapitate Kola’s dead body and bury him.
