MTN night plan is a data plan that allows MTN customers to buy data at very cheap data rates. These MTN data plans are valid during the night hours, usually between the hours of 11 pm to 6 am. MTN offers two different night plans which are:
- MTN Night Plan (250MB for N25): This plan offers 250MB of data for N25 and is valid from 12 am to 4 am. To subscribe to this plan, you can send “NT1” in an SMS to 131 or dial *406# and select “Night Life Bundle”.
- MTN Night Plan (500MB for N50): This plan offers 500MB of data for N50 and is valid from 11 pm to 6 am. To subscribe to this plan, you can send “NT2” in an SMS to 131 or dial *406# and select “Night Life Bundle”.
It’s important to note that both night plans are only valid for one night and can only be used during the specified night hours. Also, you cannot purchase more than 2GB of data every night, meaning you can, once your data is exhausted, repurchase 500MB for N50 3 more times and 250MB for N25, 7 more times. Once the data is exhausted or the validity period expires, normal data rates will apply.
