Nollywood actress Empress Njamah’s ex-lover, George Wade, has been apprehended by the police. The Nollywood actress accused George Wade of domestic abuse and they have reportedly arrested the alleged serial blackmailer in Liberia.
Empress Njama announced Wade’s arrest via her now-deleted Instagram post on Monday. In the post, she shared a video of him being led in handcuffs by some police officers.
According to Empress, Wade had allegedly continued to threaten her. He also maintained his threat to leak her nude pictures and videos via a WhatsApp group chat after she escaped from him. In a video that recently went viral, Wade had also reportedly threatened the actress. Njama reportedly claimed that Wade secretly recorded the sex tape, but he had hidden his face.

Tonto Dikeh has praised the recent arrest of George Wade. You would recall that the actress turned political and was in a similar situation with her ex, Prince Kpokpogiri. Njamah accused Wade of domestic abuse and held her hostage in December 2022. Tonto Dikeh also expressed support for her colleague during this time. After his threats, Wade reportedly created a WhatsApp group and shared the photos and videos on January 1, 2023.
Tonto Dikeh maintained her support for Empress when shared the video of Wade’s arrest in Liberia via Instagram. She went further to hail Njamah for her bravery and encouraged other women to learn from her experience. Njamah, in response to Dikeh’s post, expressed gratitude for her support in a caption which read:
“You can’t hurt God’s grace and think you WDNT be disgraced.. Ladies learn.”

while many fans, friends and family were happy that they had caught the notorious criminal, a few social media users were quick to cause the actress about. In her celebratory post, the Nollywood actress posted the police uniform in a picture which she captioned:
