Ebuka seemed to hint that there will be two Head of House challenges every week—one on Sunday and the other on a regular Monday.

However, there’s a catch: during the second challenge, the current Head of House will have to defend their title to keep it.

Housemates to Earn the Prize Money

Another twist revealed by Ebuka is that housemates will now have to earn the prize money.

According to him, housemates will be expected to deliver and entertain the audience.

“We want to make sure they work for the money and deliver what they promised.”

While he didn’t explain exactly how this will play out, it could be tied to weekly wagers—like in previous seasons where housemates had to work for their supplies. In See Gobe, for example, housemates lost their wager and were left without food for a week—resulting in serious drama.

The Trinket Tree

Ebuka also teased a new feature called The Trinket Tree, which will be exclusive to the Head of House.

The tree will be decorated with trinkets that could influence nominations.

This sounds similar to previous wildcards in Big Brother history, such as the Veto Power, which allowed the Head of House—or any housemate who earned it—to save, nominate, or evict fellow housemates.
